Refund policy

Last updated 13 October 2026. IndexPulse is sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, which handles payments, invoices and refunds.

14-day money-back guarantee

If IndexPulse isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

Renewals and cancellations

Plans renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage subscription; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and won't renew. Renewal payments aren't refunded except where the law requires it, or where the service was unavailable for a substantial part of the period.

How to ask

Email ritom@puzaricloud.in from your account's email address, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
