IndexPulse

Terms of service

Last updated 13 October 2026. These terms are between you and PuzariCloud (Ritom Puzari, India), which runs IndexPulse.

The service

IndexPulse connects your Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Search Console and IndexNow access to AI apps through the Model Context Protocol. It relies on those third-party services; when they change, limit or stop their APIs, features may change too. You must have the right to access the sites and accounts you connect.

Acceptable use

Don't use IndexPulse to submit URLs you don't control, to spam search engines, to get around Bing's, Google's or IndexNow's rules or quotas, or to overload any site. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record, until cancelled. You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If something goes wrong in your first 14 days of a paid plan, email us for a full refund. Allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC).

AI output

Your AI app writes its own answers from the data IndexPulse returns. Check important conclusions in Bing Webmaster Tools or Search Console before acting on them.

No warranty and liability

IndexPulse is provided as is. We don't guarantee rankings, indexing or traffic. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice by email and refund any unused prepaid period.
